To be fair, it hasn't been 10 years of editting, just stuff in the pipe ahead of it (including newer projects that understandably jumped the line as they were guaranteed to be a hit - Northern Gun, for example).

I'm not really sure if you could call it munchkin or not... and really whether that matters to you or not is up to the GM and your group... but, I will say this: the idea of a Grackletooth Paratrooper just sounds incredibly badass.

Vast majority of games that I ran had the lionshare of the player characters walking (aside from one with a hovercycle or horse and/or one in a power armor, et cetera). So this has never really been an issue.
