Your speed attribute is definitely feet per second. 5280 feet in a mile, 3600 seconds per hour, so just multiply your speed score by 15/22 to get miles per hour.

I mean I'm pretty sure most of the damage from a DU round comes from the fact that its coming at you at mach 4 and it weighs as much as a car battery. At least in terms of the 120mm abrams round.

I think if the martial arts are simply seen as as something to integrate into rifts, its mostly a no. MDC ranged combat is going to render your years at the dojo pretty much moot. I did indeed use cell shading to mask my computation cells for my height and weight calculator, so I'm familiar with the concept. Your sheet does give me some insight into how to use values from one tab on another tab which I find super helpful!

As was briefly mentioned above, the most important aspect of EMP weaponry is that all military grade borgs and bots are hardened against EMP attacks anyway, so such a thing would only be useful against civilians. It wouldn't even deactivate a skelebot. Thats not a houserule. Thats published.
