As per original CB1 there is no commentary about orcs having fae ancestry. That would be goblins. One interpretation of the WB10 wording is that orcs can only be standard juicers. Poor memories and phrasing don't combine well.

Wolfen tend towards combat classes. The bonus attack is nice and a higher average PS means more heavy weapon options. Well you need Annihilate, Impervious to Energy, Energy Bolt and a million in materials for the gems and the 8 inch or larger artillery piece. That's a good start.

Might work if you are a Cyber-humanoid out of Bionic handbook. Otherwise you are probably too large for a standard PA. However, they think borgs can't pilot military vehicles for some silly reason.

You could justify more casters existing in space after the Arkhon invasion shows that there is something up there. There are spells that let you last quite awhile if you don't have air. Steal ideas from Aliens Unlimited and PW for monsters.

You could base the penalties to hit in normal usage on the size of the weapon. -2 for pistols. -4 for SMG or bullpup. -6 for rifle sized weapons. And railguns or hvy weapons are just a no go. Maybe add a close quarters battle skill to reduce penalties.

There is probably an effective upper limit to how many energy weapons you cobble together whether from weight concerns or the cooling needed to keep functional. This especially applies to railguns which in reality tend to melt the coils.
