Re: Devil's Advocate: Empire of Humanity
The problem is not genetically engineering super soldiers, the Empire will go so far as modifiing civilian DNA. If I remember correctly there was an adventure involving psychic children who's powers were augmented by the Empire and they tried to take over. Even the Coalition is not foolish enough to...

Re: Devil's Advocate: Empire of Humanity
The Empire of Humanity are dog lovers. : ) Sounds like a good defense. The empire of humanity are much like the Coalition. Exterminate intelligent non-humans, but the Empire is sloppy and careless, leading to further human death. That is probably due to their greater desperation. Unlike in Rifts, hu...

I think the best way to redo Transdimensional Turtles would be as a series of Rifter articles. I would love to see Palladium update the entire series with world and dimension books, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Write what interests you. Write what you would want to see in the Rifter. I like new places to adventure, settings, so that's what I write. You can expect to wait a couple of months to a year before you see what you write in print. Read the submission guidelines carefully and follow them. Most impor...

I have noticed the same thing. In a S.D.C. environment some weapons seem overpowered, especially when reading The Compendium of Contemporary Weapons. One option is reducing damage by one die. The other is reducing access to high powered weapons.

Will Robotech Tactics submissions be accepted in the Rifter? This may be a, silly question since, I have not received my order yet, but I was thinking about using my miniatures to create frankenmechs. Maybe draw up frankenmech cards. Just a thought.

Good Luck with your game, it looks good from what I saw. Insanity I think is a important aspect of the game. Ah, is see. Don't let them start out as the specialized O.C.C.'s. Have them start out as ordinary people "Survivor O.C.C." at the beginning of the apocalypse. That produces the atmosphere of terror when you don't have the gear, when you are alone and don't know what is going on. The player...

I would like to see what interests you. What is it about System Failure that you are passionate about?
What do you think they left out or could have done better?
Personally I think a Area 51, or other secret government facility would be cool, but what drives my passion will be different from yours.

Re: After the Bomb II Erratta
On the Height & Weight Table on page 22:
Size Level 7 & 8 are both 60+1D6, is that correct or is that a error?
Also, Size Level 20 breaks the size level growth of 12 inches by jumping from 96+3D6 to 132+3D6, that's a 36 inch gain from 19-20. Is that a error?
Thank you for your time.

Gernerally if i am converting a M.D.C. creature to a S.D.C. environment i do it on a point for point basis, so 100 M.D.C. becomes 100 S.D.C. Palladium Fantasy has rules on playing a Secondary Vampire as does Nightbane books, including Wampyrs if regular vampires are too powerfull.
