Vampires are insanely powerful if none of their major weaknesses are present. Sure a Nightbane can beat a vampire to a pulp faster than you can say "bazinga" but vampires can regenerate even after "death", pop right back together, and be all kinds of pissed off. A nest of vamps.....

Why roll when you can role? In a game where the players are part of a war... the war itself is just background. It's part of their story but there is no need to have random rolls to see how the war is going. The GM can determine that themselves right?

Yes Yin-Sloth is outdated, but the stats are easily updated. Usually just changing the amount of melee attacks and adding h.p. or s.d.c. and maybe some bonuses, but it's not too bad. Admitedly it's spread out in other books but I don't understand why you would skip over Monsters & Animals to convert DnD. If you want to play DnD play that... or Pathfinder because 4th stinks. But, when I play Palladium... I use the palladium books.

Well he doesn't wear the knuckle dusters all the time. He keeps them in a jacket pocket. It's more likely to see a blasting rod in his hand (yeah, I'm totally ripping off Dresden Files with this character, but apparently nobody in my group has read any so I'm getting away with it) the knuckle duster...

Well, mine have AR... and need a called natural headshot to kill... if you're trying to kill them that way.. blowing them to bits works to. So does filling them with so much lead they fall to bits. But they are super hard to kill with the AR the way it is.

Events are changed by a lot more than what kids you have. Interactions with people change their decisions and what they do, which affect events and change the timline. I'll be buying this as Nightbane is my favorite setting. I wouldn't mind some info for different countries but I would prefer more info on Nightlords, Hook and Sink adventure ideas, and Nightbane throughout history (if only because the next nightbane game I run will be history spanning romp.)
