Much as I don't really care for Splicers I feel bad for the Splicers fans because they deserve more than just a Main book, some Rifter articles, and some art. There is clearly a following and all we see in the near future is Rifts books and Rifters.

It was a lie to them, to the backers, and to everyone that the product was 98% complete for pre production. They just didn't realize they were lying at the time. Sooo sad that they have created this mess which was clearly avoidable.
