Necro post. Shredder in TMNT has WP Armor, but it doesn't list bonuses. It is a thing though (I've treated it equivalent to WP Knife, cuz wrist blades are the equivalent to knives in other Palladium properties).

A bit of an aside, but I was running a campaign where the players were Demigods. I allowed them to make their own holy water. I mean, if a priest can do it, the half-child of a god should be able to. In that context, I would have also allowed a symbol of their parents' god or pantheon to repel vamps.

They get two marks of heritage - a flaming sword and a heart impaled by a stake. The former can damage vampires, and the latter creates a wooden stake and a cross in the Atlantean's hands, in addition to making them impervious to vamp slow kill and mind control.

St. Louis Gateway Rift, Federation of Magic (Kingdom of Dunscon), and Whykin are all about 200km from it in different directions. Otherwise there's nothing very close/neighborly. Probably a lot of mercenary groups with large camps around it as well.
