Question: would putting a layer of flooring (perhaps something translucent like ice or glass) overtop of a circle interfere with its operation in some way? Thats funny, one of our ATB games had a rat character who started a cult based off a TV show (i.e. cartoon) showing the moon IS made of cheese. He was all into finding a way up there. Sadly that game died.

That armor would be practically impossible to make. A PPE battery that doesn't have a spell behind it applies a -1% for every point of PPE it can store to the design process. Sadly the new dragons are far more powerful than most of the old, especially with magic. Funny too are the npc dragons which come up in various books have stats which seem to not match the rules.

Three things.

One, I think the spell's level should be used if higher than the creator's.

Two, I think that the item created would only be rechargeable by the device that created it, so you would have a one use item.

Three, Talismans can be pretty much anything (in response to another poster)

Elementals are also VERY useful, especially if you need versatility and more important, do not like being tortured by something if you fail to beat it as they usually just leave.
