I might suggest the Special Forces OCC from Mercenaries, it gets a large selection of skills with next to no limitations as well as excellent combat capability. I agree. The cyberknight's bonuses are not in any way mind blowing. Curious what method was used to roll up base attributes though... 3d6 plus exploding 6's doesnt produce those kinds of numbers.
