Re: Who is doing the art for the new Bizantium book?

Hi guys,
Just dropping in to say that yes, I do have work in the upcoming Bizantium book! It's only three small pieces this time around, but I was happy to work on the Fantasy line again :)

Damn right he did. That was amazing. Beats my character losing a leg in our Dead Reign campaign way back when. And I have never witnessed a character die in their first play session.

Re: Rifter #66

Wow, thanks guys! I didn't want to do the traditional spandex-clad superhero types, and I wanted to do something humorous because that's not a thing that pops up on covers very often, and the Rifter was the perfect place to do that. So my thinking for this hero team I've depicted is that they are a ...

Re: Black Market Art (not regarding the cover)

Sorry for the slow response - haven't been around the forums in a while!

I do sell prints, though I have not made any of the Black Market pieces yet. It just so happens I am trying out a new print shop this week, so hopefully, I will have some new print runs soon :)

Thanks guys.

I am glad everyone seems to enjoy those pieces. They were very different from what I am used to doing, but it was a welcome challenge :)

Re: Favorite Palladium Artists?

My favorites are RK Post for interiors, and Brom for cover art. I happen to love Bradshaw's work. I think its a welcome break from the norm. He wins forever for his awe-inspiring grotesquerie. And his zombies will always be WAY more disgusting than mine. Some other all-time favorites are: Ramon Pere...

Re: A Huge Thank You from Amy

So now that you've established yourself with Palladium would you use your full name on a piece of art or will you still continue to use the ALAshbaugh? At least on your future Palladium pieces? Carl I'll still be signing my pieces "A. L. Ashbaugh" in that little box thingy I do at the bot...

Re: A Huge Thank You from Amy

Just a curious question for Amy: Do you do the whole ALAshbaugh thing because you fear that your artwork will be rejected otherwise?? You know, kinda for the same reasons such as classic Sci-Fi Writers like DC Fontana and CJ Cherryh?? (It would suck if that's why you did that, because you felt, or ...

I really dig your work! I had a look through your DA gallery, and I think that the Jigsaw Zombie and the Necro Golem are my favorites - fantastically creepy and disgusting. I am excited to see what you bring to the Survival Guide!

Re: Ashbaugh in Nightbane

I'm so glad to hear that you guys liked my work from Dead Reign! Truth be told, I've been in love with Nightbane since I got my hands on the original book about 5 or 6 years ago. So when Survival Guide was announced, I bugged Kevin about it until he let me do some work for it. I'm flattered to hear ...
