They could have added 30+ pages of color illustrations like they did with the Rifts books. That would have actually made me want to buy it. Honestly, unless your adventure is taking place in the old west, the dimensions of your wagon could be whatever you want it since it's not like anything in AtB would be exactly the same as those used in the 1800's, which seems to be what you are looking for. Re: TMNT Revised Skill rules question
This issue comes up every so often. It's no mistake for AtB or TMNTaOS, and somewhere in the posts you can find a response as to why. Basically, it was an intentional omission as the creators didn't see TMNTaOS as a long term campaign setting. *shrug* I addressed this back in '07 for AtB with the Te...

Where is your campaign taking place?
Are you just looking for one-shot adventure hooks?
Are there any themes you'd like to focus on?

If you're riding an 'animal' of human intelligence, you're probably doing so with their consent and thus "Horsemanship" probably wouldn't factor into it unless the GM wan't to use that to see if the rider can hold on when the steed maneuvers in combat or while at a full gallop, and thus bo...
