I can go with that. I'd also like to see robots with more MDC as well as I'd think they'd have thicker armor as well. 1) Sure you are right that tatto man would try to close...and the Skull Smasher would try to keep distance. And unless the tattoo man starts right on top of it the Skull Masher should be able to atleast get off one shot at range...this is especialy true to be fair if the tattoo man gets to activate...

1) Where did you get your info on radar in Rifts? Page 137 give details about the sensor equipment. Radar can track things on the ground...it is just harder but ignoring that 2000' range on the thermo-imager would pick up tattoo man.... 2) Depends what is tasked to do... 3) Ok granted not all...but...

Standard juicer, or titian jucier. It is the only form of agmentaiton where you keep both your humanity and your sanity. As such, if in a world such as rifts I think it would be the thing to do. I would concider crazy conversion under the right circumstancs, never cyborg.
