IMHO, because the power seems be inherently "magical" in nature, it would be able to damage invulnerable characters (possibly for only half damage). Your GM may have a different opinion.

"Line of sight" literally means you can draw an imaginary line directly between the observer and the target. Viewing the target on a screen or crystal ball gives you line of sight to the screen or crystal ball, not to the target.

That directly contradicts the main book, but whatever. It always seemed like Hounds et al. were originally intended to be able to mirror walk (as in the OP's example), but the ability was removed for some reason. Perhaps this restores things to the way they were always meant to be.

Only Nightbane and Reshapers have the Mirror Walk ability, per se. However, some magic spells can bring creatures through the Mirrorwall, and Nightlords can transport themselves and their minions via their "Breach the Mirrorwall" ability.

Invincible Guardsmen normally can't have Invulnerability in the first place, unless one is using the powers from HU. But fiction isn't required to follow game rules.
