Not in any group I've played in or ran. That said, some GMs have given a small (+5%) bump to one if the other is taken.

My group uses Roll20, and the co-GM & I have been making a sort of compendium of the various critters we've used.

The initiative tracker is nice, about the only thing we haven't figured out how to auto- track is number of attacks.

I still have to do that w a note card off to the side.

Even if it is mostly reprinted material, it's consolidated in one place by location or type.

Treat as OCC Skill.

If there was room/a spot on the paper character sheet, we usually listed separately the racial skills. If not, it's listed in the OCC column with a note. (Or OCC Related if the OCC was a bit of a skill monkey)

My groups have always determined that "Harmful Drugs" falls under the "poisons" category, and thus gets PE save + any specific saves.

Much like PE goes against magic... regardless of type. With OCC/RCC getting additional perhaps against specific types of magic.
