Not in any group I've played in or ran. That said, some GMs have given a small (+5%) bump to one if the other is taken.

There's also the 2 Rifters that talked about Lazlo. I can't remember right now how that writer set up the different responsibilities of the 2 governing groups, but seemed plausible to me & my co -GM.

My group uses Roll20, and the co-GM & I have been making a sort of compendium of the various critters we've used.

The initiative tracker is nice, about the only thing we haven't figured out how to auto- track is number of attacks.

I still have to do that w a note card off to the side.

Even if it is mostly reprinted material, it's consolidated in one place by location or type.

My groups have always determined that "Harmful Drugs" falls under the "poisons" category, and thus gets PE save + any specific saves.

Much like PE goes against magic... regardless of type. With OCC/RCC getting additional perhaps against specific types of magic.
