The Logan has one of the nastiest mecha mounted guns in the game. It basically ignores the armour of any mecha sized target.Rabid Southern Cross Fan wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2024 11:56 amThey repeated the outright lie that the Logan's guns are underpowered

More like something about the specifics of her voice allows her to affect the brain directly. If she's singing her usual repertoire feelings of joy, hope and love are created. If she's screaming at you to just die.... Brain hemorrhage.

IIRC in the last book of the Sentinels Minmay used the Voice (capitalized in the novel) to like fry the brain of some dude who'd fallen into a protoculture vat and turned into a half human half Invid tentacle beast.

Re: Instead of Minmei, what if it was Sabaton?
If you spend time with the novels (yeah, I know) there is something peculiar about Minmei. Her voice takes on an almost supernatural quality by the end of the Sentinals arc. So while music may have caused a disruption amoung the Zentraedi, only Minmei could have so utterly devastated them like she d...

There already was a CS civil war, but only one side wanted to fight it so Prosek declared it a mistake and moved on - see WB22 and the Coalition Wars series for details.
But, Prosek is unlikely to forgive or forget and is waiting for a chance to finish the secessionists off.

I think technically the term you are looking for is chassis or frame rather than skeleton. Walk back the timeline a few years. Tolkien still stands. The CS predominantly uses it's old style gear, only elite units use the newer stuff. The 4 Horsemen still stalk Africa (and beyond). The movement of the muzzle may be related to the reloading system as well. Teh transformation systems of the VHT require a moving barrel, so might as well make that part of the reloading cycle instead of trying to move the feed mechanism to match the barrel.

One of the great debates in game design is how much realism or simulation you want to have in your game. I used the rules back in the early days. The rules are also not built to cope with inhuman levels of toughness, so you'll have to make so...
