I would say that a GB could either fire, or dodge, not both. I would say that if the GB fires, it cannot dodge, period, not even auto-dodge, since the GB is busy being anchored with the thrusters firing while the shot is fired. GB's thrusters and 'where' they aim. Aiming the gun down won't be a problem. Afaik, the recoil compensation thrusters adjust angle based on where the gun aims. Crazy idea... Pycrete bullets... the ultimate in (painful) anti-vampire material? it's basically water mixed with wood pulp, and then frozen, it becomes hard as concrete... Just freeze it with a slivers of iron and silver in it (iron partly due to having something for EM fields of rail guns to grab)...

On a side note, I don't even own RUE. After SoT, hearing that they 'tossed out' and replaced some of the stuff for the GB was a final straw for me, I stuck with the original RMB... besides, it makes me wary that RUE has such a large errata list... The way I feel is probably the same as W40k players...

IIRC from old estimates, and based on the old RMB drawings, a GB's BG cartridge is 7in long, which makes it roughly 2in/50mm wide based on the pictures. Also, old estimates (from Shiva iirc) put the estimated mass of the projectiles at around 3.5 pounds. The 'slugs' themselves are apparently an inch...

Odd math. 1 LRM can hold 4 MRMs. 1 MRM can hold 4 SRMs. So, if an SRM could hold MMs, would it hold 4 MMs? That's 64 MMs right there...
