A few things I allow for Psionics to help level the field is: 1. Use the M.E. bonus on the P.P. chart for bonuses to strike/parry/dodge with the various psi-powers like TK, Mind Bolt, etc... 2. I wouldn't mind seeing more powers added to Psionics as it seems low on choices and power compared to some of the Super Hero abilities, but I tend to think a few, like Create Fore Constructs really works better on the Super Power side better while Mental Stun should totally have a Psionic version. ...

The way I play is thus,
-3 for small targets over 10 feet away
