We’ll let you know exactly when Robotech® The Shadow Chronicles® ships as soon as we get word from our printer, but it will be before Palladium’s big move at the end of March.
Online pre-orders have already shattered the previous record for online sales by 100 copies, with more orders coming in every day! A sure sign this RPG is going to be a smash hit.
The Robotech® The Shadow Chronicles® Role-Playing Game picks up where the DVD movie begins. The return of the Robotech Expeditionary Force (REF), the separation of the SDF-3 from the rest of the fleet, the battle of Reflex Point, space combat, treachery and everything else that is part of Robotech® The Shadow Chronicles®.
Robotech® The Shadow Chronicles® is a NEW role-playing game, not a rehashed, retooled printing of the original RPG from the 1980s. Furthermore, the release of the Robotech® The Shadow Chronicles® DVD Movie, the release of the Deluxe DVD, Shadow Chronicles® Art Book, and the announcement of a Robotech® Movie in development at Warner Bros. Pictures has ramped up interest and excitement for Robotech®.
Kevin Siembieda says he will be back to work on Dyval™ starting Monday of next week. About time, eh?
Dyval™ is another dimension of Hell, the next book in the Minion War™ series, and is every bit as fantastic as the first, Hades.
Dyval is a hellish dimension very different from Hades, but just as exotic, dangerous and horrible. The Deevil Host, evil monsters and minions, Deevil society, monstrous War Steeds, magic, adventure settings and more. Interest among Palladium fans is high.
The signed prints came back from the artist this afternoon. Preorders ship on Monday.
The illustration is classic, funny and fantastic. This was one of the secret projects we’ve been talking about (with more in the works). We went wild over it, and we think you will too. Funny, beautifully rendered, a must for Rifts® fans everywhere!

The certificates signed by the artist and Kevin Siembieda came back from the artist this morning and will ship on Monday.
It is a witch casting dark magic and will be the cover of the long-awaited Mysteries of Magic™ sourcebook for The Palladium Fantasty RPG®, coming out later this year (written by Mark Hall). But you can own the limited edition print of the ominous cover right now! This was another one of our secret projects.

Erick has donated a hunk of his personal art collection, TMNT® RPG books and other role-playing game items for us to sell. One of Erick’s goals is to see Palladium get completely on its feet. We’re getting there, but he knows February through April are slow sales months and that Palladium will have big moving expenses in March. The incredible friend and wonderful person that he is, Erick is still doing whatever he can to help Palladium Books®.

Moving prep-work already began this week thanks to three days of effort from volunteer Eric Campion. He took apart shelving, moved some furniture, packed up a skid of books, and two skids of toys. He got lunch and 3-4 books for his help, and promises to be back for Palladium’s Big Move (hopefully, with his gaming group in tow). Thanks very much Eric, your help is greatly appreciated. Next week, Teresa and Hanna Mead lend a helping hand, and Todd Wargin is ready too. Awesome.
For those of you who didn’t know. Palladium Books is MOVING to a newer, smaller building closer to our homes.
We’ll miss the place on Universal Drive. It is big, roomy, and has been home for a little more than 15 years (since 1992). The building is just more than we need these days (5,000 square feet of office, 17,000 feet of warehouse). So we’ll be moving into a smaller place (2,100 square feet of office, 13,000 feet of warehouse) for about half the current rent.
Palladium’s Big Move is March 28, 29 & 30 and we’re looking for crazy . . . er . . . wonderful fans to help give us a hand. That weekend will be the big move, but we’ll need people the week or two before to help us pack up 5000 square feet of office and a bunch o’ stuff in the warehouse. A number of wonderful, crazy friends and fans volunteered a few months ago and they convinced us we should solicit fans living in the area to help us move. After thinking about it, we figured, why not?
Most of the heavy lifting will be done with a forklift. We estimate approximately 160 skids of books and stuff will be handled by a forklift and loaded onto a semi-truck and trailer. But we still need people to shrinkwrap the skids, move shelves and office furniture, wipe down and vacuum the office so we can get our deposit back, and help us unpack and reorganize at the new office 26 miles away.
For those of you who live in the area and are willing to lend us your muscles, time and organizational skills, you’ll earn our undying gratitude, get discount on product you might want (assuming we can get to it), and be supplied with bottled water, soft drinks, some amount of food, and a gift we want to keep secret as a token of our appreciation. The gift is nothing amazing, but we think it’s cool, and only the people who help us move will get one.
We appreciate any help we can get, but please do NOT feel obligated and come prepared to WORK.
