The Spell Dispel Magic Barriers.

Question #1:
Does it take away "Armor of Ithan"?

If you consider Armor of Ithan a type of magic barrier then yes sense it works on any kind of magic barrier, though I will admit it seems to not be directed at armor (none are used in the example list, which if used would indicate Armor spells aren't impacted).
