Looking for a specific article
I recall hearing that there was a Rifter article with material for Heroes Unlimited that dealt with rules for Law Enforcement or something to that effect.

The only place I remember talking about law enforcement is in VU.

I don't recall a rifter article, but HUGMG has a section dealing with heroes and the law.

Re: Looking for a specific article
Maybe it was not a Rifter article, but something that was submitted and not published? This, perhaps?

Re: Looking for a specific article
It's possible I remembered hearing about something submitted but never published. That would certainly explain why I cannot find it anywhere, LOL.

Hmm, I did some stuff for Century Station in Rifter #69 that had some stuff with law
enforcement in it, namely how they patrol certain reginos, gear, and weapons.

I seem to recall a Rifter BtS Adventure suggestion where in a Wizard had summoned a vampire, and locked him in his mansion then randomly got himself killed leaving the vampire stuck in the house for like 50 years. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Anyone know the issue?
