The first sentence in the description following the "pitch" from a Bio-Borg dealer says they're silent, and their skill listing only somewhat necessarily lends itself to stealth. I'd imagine that the use of Talo Mind Worms is common among favored Sym-Killers, or perhaps a Mindlink.
