is there a list of either the skills themselves, or at least a list of which rifters contain new skills? (i know there has to be some, i keep a skill list written down with what book they came from and i have at least a few hand-to-hand skills marked to rifters
(made this it's own post since they'd be non canon skills but i'd still like to compile them for myself, along with any homebrew skills which i haven't found the thread for but i'm sure exist lol)
