Can you use ritual magic in TW devices? i would probably allow it, but the machine would have to be something you might expect to have the same limitations as a ritual... reducing casting time from 3 actions to 1 is quite impressive. taking it from 30 minutes down to about 3-5 seconds is a bit much...

I dunno. Wasnt there something that allowed PPE clips to be used in normal guns as an E-clip replacement? Then pretty much anybody with PPE or ISP can recharge them. ok, maybe i'm missing something here... everyone is going all crazy over dominate. it really isn't that great. the person may as well be a zombie, except that they can resist orders that are against their nature. also, it doesn't penetrate environmental armor. if i was to pick one mind control spell...

Malvoren , can hurt anything and everything unless the target description says otherwise, imune to energy but not magic or psionics no problem. not to mention the weapon melding ability along with targeting systems which means they rarely miss and can dish out some rediculous amounts of hurt in eit...

if it's any comfort, for some unfathomable reason the TW can't learn summoning magic... so the TW would probably have to go to each individual leader one at a time. not that it isn't still a problem, of course...

Sorry but I am asking now for any mage spell or any mage class that can cast 2 spells simultaniously .. like the Cyber-Knights ability to create Psi-Swords .. ok, apparently it's necessary to repeat myself here: the cyber knight is not using *any* powers with that action. it's using a class ability. So basically .. Psi-Swords are now Strickly .. you can't even prove that the cyber knight is using two psionic powers at once. they are created in an instant (no action?) so if you double the action cost you still get 0 actions, then if you double the ISP cost of 0 you also still get 0. for that matter, you can't even prove that it's not a singl...

so your starting scenario to prove that mages need powering up is to give the tech side a wing of aircraft doing a strafing run on a single mage, then getting bombarded by long range missiles? again, how are these aircraft spotting the caster? is he sitting on a bare hilltop casting a giant illusion...
