Personally I think choice overrides. See examples with NPC that impossible combos and see in old FAQ I know most allows Hawk people to lower their immunity they have to roll a save vs magic.

Looked at Necromancer found it odd that they get no spells per level? I know more of NPC class still seems weird any know if they be errated.

One other thing I forgot about people seen do. Suspended Animation (10 or 30) Can subdue person can then case it for transport. Useful for capture of teleporting creature don't want to kill. Put sleep.

Always used the cyborg armor as starting point as from my view it would be as close as you can get to pure Rifts main book 243. No need for any of the other things of armor. A big weird says it automatic but then says cost attack can be used indefinitely.

Soul Stones pg 139 wb35 gives immunity to soul drinking.
Not has good, but dark seed Amulet gives immunity to one magicial attack every 48 hours. Much cheaper though much more limited and some may say soul drinking not really magicial attack.

Personally treat as very complex on TW creation at least 9 or 10 Difficultly just for standard can't make any mods on the until at least done the basic. But that just me. Also I always though for some reason they where 20 level spells but can't seem to find anything supporting this.

One I dm weird played Cosmo knight forced to work with demons to complete galaxy shattering event, but a little crazy. Say if you have any mages make sure get access to the space spells three galaxies, Cosmic armors balance well with alot of cosmic knight abilities.

Not that I know of under the old rules was within so x feet so in theory you where at nexus you could be x feet of each line. Seems to me they also increase the size of leylines. Depending on your GM. One of the main things I like it for is downing mini-missiles. Sense defined as one spell attack and that now defined as one action. Most Mine missiles only have 1 M.D.C a few have 2 M.D.C petty much makes it auto anti volley of mini-missiles.

IMO, unless a spell specifies that it ends with the caster's death, it continues until its duration is up. So, if you die, and no one else can access your dimensional envelope, then it will stick around until its duration ends, then disgorge its contents. Other way around, Isn't there a rule in RMB...

Also, I seem to remember that one of the siege on tolkeen books had a training camp. I though it awarded extra spells to complete it. I'm only half remembering and don't have access to the book right now.
