Important Message about Shipping and Ordering via UPS

When placing an order please understand we try to ship all of our orders within 48 hours of their being placed, however this is not a promise, it can sometimes take up to 5 business days to have an order processed. We process all orders in the order they are received and as soon as possible. All shipping times are calculated from the time they leave our office, not the date of the invoice. Please understand that UPS shipping is business days only. UPS does not consider Saturday and Sunday business days. If you place an order 2nd Day Air on Thursday, it will not arrive before the following Tuesday at the very earliest.

If you are placing an order from Canada via UPS, Ground shipments are charged a brokerage fee assessed at customs. The buyer will be liable for this fee. All foreign orders are shipped International Book Rate unless another form of shipping is chosen. APO and FPO addresses are charged as US addresses since they are going to military post offices.
